You will join a collaborative team environment and work on innovative HR Projects. Initially, you will focus on the planning, execution, and delivery of the M&A integrations. You will ensure HR projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget. You will-
- Work on the end-to-end project management such as M&A integration, policies alignment and harmonization, tools implementation including planning, risk management and status reporting.
- Manage cross-border HR projects to foster consistency and collaboration in an international environment.
- Ensure effective communication and engagement with all stakeholders throughout HR project lifecycles.
- Lead initiatives to streamline and harmonize global HR policies while respecting local legal and cultural requirements.
- In addition to classic project management, you will also be expected to take on operational project activities such as designing and implementing operating models and processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Legal, IT, communications, and business leaders to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR project management and integration methodologies.
- Support projects involving organizational change, process improvements, and HR transformation initiatives. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, local labour laws etc.)
