Product Owner-Financial Services, Regulatory Technology (RegTech)

As a Product Owner for our regulatory platform, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of the product delivered by the development team. The role requires a highly organized and collaborative individual focused on the tactical execution of product development.

• Backlog Management: Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog. Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Agile Team Collaboration: Serve as an integral member of the software development team. Participate in all agile ceremonies and provide daily clarification to support execution.
• Cross-Functional Governance: Uphold product roadmap governance by working with R&D, Product Management, and Operations to ensure alignment and coordinated delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the development team's point of contact for product questions. Communicate backlog priorities and progress to stakeholders.

• Experience: 7+ Proven experience and 5+ relevant experience as a Product Owner within a product-led organization operating in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Tooling: Proficiency with modern product toolsets, including backlog management (e.g., Jira), collaboration suites (e.g., MS365), and mockup/design tools (e.g., Figma). Experience with similar tools is also acceptable, experience using agentic tools for in product ownership workflow.
• Methodology: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile principles.
• Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, specifically R&D, engineering, and operations.
• Core Skills: Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. You must be adept at making and communicating prioritization decisions.
