Junior Business Analyst, Tunis

What you'll do

As a Junior Business Analyst in Regnology, you will be an integral part of the way the Research & Development (R&D) area functions. You will utilise AI skills to address data, reporting and documentation challenges, also using existing tools like PowerBi and Confluence. In addition, you will be our internal AI First champion, managing our community, communicating standards and developing plans to ensure the AI First framework is an operational success. 
Being part of this operational team means we should ensure that new joiners to R&D have the best experience possible and can access all the information and tools to support their roles, and you will be involved in streamlining that journey. 

Your key accountabilities are: 
  • Own and improve existing R&D reporting solutions using AI and possibly PowerBI.
  • Improve operational documentation to support new joiner journey, specifically within Confluence.
  • Lead the AI First R&D community by developing a plan to maintain and increase engagement within the chat channel and beyond.
