As a Data Analytics and Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing processes for our division of project managers and consultants. Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance metrics, project progress, and resource allocation (Power BI)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify relevant KPIs and create insightful reports.
- Set up monitoring systems to track project performance, resource utilization, and service delivery.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process enhancements to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
- Maintain a centralized knowledge repository and management for best practices, guidelines, and project documentation. (Sharepoint, Confluence)
- Curate content, organize resources, and ensure easy access for team members.
- Participate in internal projects to deliver efficient ways of working
