In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to translate business challenges into scalable processes and system solutions.
You will play a key role in optimizing Salesforce, improving data quality, enhancing reporting, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Systems & Process Ownership
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce Sales Cloud and RCA related integrations.
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements for enhancements, new features, and process automation.
- Map current‑state and future‑state processes (lead management, opportunity flow, forecasting, pipeline hygiene, renewals, CPQ etc.).
- Partner with Salesforce Admins and Developers to implement changes based on business needs.
- Ensure Salesforce configuration aligns with best practices and scalable architecture.
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports for Sales, CS, Marketing, and leadership teams.
- Conduct data quality audits and recommend improvements to data governance.
- Analyze trends across pipeline, revenue, forecasting accuracy, customer life-cycle metrics, and sales productivity.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and remove friction in the revenue process.
- Maintain documentation for processes, business rules, and data flows.
- Support system integrations between Salesforce and tools like marketing automation, CPQ, Gong, and BI platforms.
- Monitor system usage and adoption, providing training or enablement where needed.
