What you'll do
The Managed Services Onboarding Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient and high-quality onboarding of our Rcloud platforms and products. You will work closely with Project managers, presales and operations, supporting the onboarding team by validating deal readiness, ensuring data quality, process adherence, and smooth coordination with other departments.

- Collaborate with presales, sales and RevOps teams by providing onboarding guidelines, requirements, or clarifications during the presales cycle.
- Validate deal scope and feasibility on behalf of the onboarding team before project initiation.
- Ensure high-quality data intake for newly signed deals to enable seamless deployment by project managers and onboarding specialist.
- Strengthen and optimize onboarding processes through coordination with cross-department teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor project progress and team performance.
- Define, track, and analyze onboarding KPIs.
- Contribute to FinOps practices related to onboarding and deployment costs.
- Act as the point of contact for internal teams seeking guidance on onboarding standards and methodologies.
