Senior Business Analyst

What you'll do

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of the agile development cycle in the RegTech area during the introduction/extension of our regulatory reporting software products. This entails:

Analyzing regulations and/or business/client specific requirements of the national and international Banking Authorities
Designing, implementing, and testing (e. g. regulatory) requirements, new features, or software improvements.
Producing reasonable test cases and test data and defining user stories in terms of the agile software development process as well as creating documentation for clients and internal use.
Close collaboration with national and international colleagues at all levels and skills within the organization, e.g. Software Engineers, Architects, etc.
Provision of customer support (Hotline, Workshops, User Groups) and support of customer projects

Why we should decide on you

3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role with focus on regulatory reporting
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and reporting standards
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills; able to translate complex regulations into practical solutions.
Hands-on experience working within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) project environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and reporting is highly valued
Excellent communication skills — able to engage and influence stakeholders across business, compliance, and technical teams.
Degree in Finance, Business, or Information Technology preferred
Very good (spoken and written) level of English.
