IT/Infrastructure Project Manager

What you'll do

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Managed Services onboarding team. In this role, you’ll mainly contribute to onboard new and existing client to Regnology Cloud, a SaaS Platform to deploy and manage Regnology Product instances in Google Cloud. You will collaborate closely with Site Reliability Engineers and other various teams (R Cloud, IT, Professional Services, Customer Success, etc.). Your technical expertise, learning skills and communication abilities will be essential for success.

Perform a wide variety of tasks during software implementation projects. This primarily includes, but is not limited to, project management and leading SRE collaborators, facilitating client technical workshops, and coordinating all parties involved with clear and efficient communication.
Internal optimization and automation of tasks and processes related to our solution.
Actively contribute to business development efforts and successful onboarding of clients.

You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, self-initiative, adaptability, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
