Sales Executive- Insurance Reporting Solutions, Germany (M/F/D)

What you'll do
As Sales Executive for Insurance Reporting Solutions at Regnology, you work closely with our local Management Team, Product Management, and report to our Senior VP of Sales. 
You will have the opportunity to join the sales team for the most widely used Regulatory Reporting solution in the European Insurance sector (around 1000 solo entities), a modern collaborative platform which is cloud available.
 You will collaborate with an international team of experts working on both sides of regulation, with insurance companies but also with the European Authorities collecting the reports.
 
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the sales process for our market-leading product suite and service portfolio (including Cloud operations and implementation services), working closely with internal teams to ensure customer success.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities while managing and growing an assigned portfolio of existing clients through effective up- and cross-selling.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate our value to clients.
  • Support responses to RFIs and RFPs, collaborating with senior sales colleagues and technical experts to deliver strong submissions.
  • Participate in sales campaigns and industry events, helping to build brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the financial services sector to expand your professional network.
  • Keep an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM system and contribute to ongoing sales forecasts and planning.
Why we should decide on you
  • 3+ years of experience in sales of software products and services in the insurance sector.
  • Good understanding of Sales KPIs and their measurement as well as strong acumen to deliver high output in recurring software and service revenues
  • Experience in the financial service industry, ideally in the field of insurance.
  • Experience with business case preparation and contract negotiations
  • You are based in Germany.
  • German as first language with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Completed university studies / Bachelor's or master’s degree
  • You are a team player and enjoy collaborating for the greater value for our customers
