What you'll do
As a Senior PMO Analyst, you will be part of our international Operations team, supporting the establishment and execution of cross-functional business process, data and change projects.
The position will require a detail orientated approach with the ability to solve cross-functional business challenges.If you have previous project experience as a functional business resource and/or are looking to take the step into a business focused project management position, please apply!
Your key accountabilities are
:• You will be responsible for overseeing the tracking of project progress and alignment to project goals alongside producing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• You will support the development and implementation of standardized best practices, templates and governance to ensure consistency across projects
.• You will proactively identify and escalate project risks and issues. Supporting project managers with mitigation plans and resolution
.• Responsible for the co-ordination between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication on project deliverables and follow up of action items
.• Provide insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes
.• Projects could include cross-functional change, software migrations and/or business process.
The role requires a high degree of independence and an ability to challenge colleagues on deliverables.
