What you'll do
Regnology is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Regulatory Reporting Support Specialist to join our support team. In this role, you will provide specialized support for our regulatory reporting products, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate assistance. As a trusted technical advisor, you will act as one of the primary contacts between Regnology and our clients, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and platform stability across our GCP-based ecosystem. You will play a critical role in helping clients navigate regulatory requirements and maximize the value of our solutions.

- Provide expert support for our regulatory reporting products, addressing client inquiries and resolving technical issues.
- Answering/solving, routing and following up client requests (via ticket system, telephone, etc.).
- Collecting all required data for a ticket to verify, analyze and reproduce errors.
- Leverage our SaaS tooling and GCP platform to troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to data integration, report generation, and software functionality.
- Use GCP native monitoring to investigate issues.
- Coordinate/ Assist root-cause analysis (RCA) and ensure preventive actions are implemented.
- Identify clients recurring issues and contribute to service enhancements.
- Promote automation and standardization of support workflows using cloud tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, SRE and compliance to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and technical issues in our support ticketing system.
- Create, contribute or improve technical documentation, playbooks, and operational processes.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations, technology and best practices to provide informed support and guidance.
- Think with scalability in mind by helping generalize solutions identified for one customer so that they benefit the full fleet.
