Project Manager

What you'll do

Manage end-to-end implementation of our regulatory reporting software suite, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Define scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal development teams, and external partners.
Facilitate regular status meetings (e.g. weekly status update and monthly Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings) and ensure transparent communication.
Manage clients’ and internal expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives of both Regnology and clients.
Lead cross-functional and international project teams, with a focus on APAC jurisdictions (e.g., MAS, HKMA, APRA).
Oversee project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution design and proposal development.
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement – applicable for senior project manager positions.

Why we should decide on you

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; or equivalent experience in banking, insurance, or regulatory domains.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex software implementation projects, ideally in regulatory reporting or financial services.
Strong understanding of APAC regulatory frameworks and reporting obligations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or background in financial/data analytics preferred.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse teams.
Experience in business development or client engagement within a global firm is highly valued.
Based in Pune.
