What you'll do
As an experienced HR Project Manager in Regnology, you will be a key member of our dynamic and international HR team. You will contribute to the growth and evolution of our global HR function.
You will join a collaborative team environment and work on innovative HR Projects. Initially, you will focus on the planning, execution, and delivery of the HRIS project to implement Workday across the Regnology business. You will ensure HR projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget.

- Work on the end-to-end project management for HRIS implementation, including planning, risk management and status reporting.
- Manage cross-border HR projects to foster consistency and collaboration in an international environment.
- Ensure effective communication and engagement with all stakeholders throughout HR project lifecycles.
- Lead initiatives to streamline and harmonize global HR policies while respecting local legal and cultural requirements.
- Optimize the use of HR tools and systems to improve efficiency, user experience, and adoption across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR functional leads to ensure process alignment with new tools and systems.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, local labour laws etc.)
- Suggest process improvements and research and develop HR projects that align to the Regnology HR strategy.
