What you'll do
This role will support the successful implementation and long-term evolution of our Salesforce platform. You will be identifying the best practices to build and maintain a scalable revenue architecture that connects all our Stakeholders (sales, customer success and marketing).

- Support the first Salesforce implementation by gathering requirements and building declarative solutions
- Act as a liaison between our external implementation partner and the internal core team to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment
- Testing of new development features and Salesforce releases
- Manage the full Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud) with autonomy and ownership.
System Administration & Optimization
- Configure and maintain user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Increase user level security and access across all objects
- Customize objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows to streamline user experience and ensure data integrity.
- Optimise layouts and streamline user experience
- Oversee data imports, cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment processes.
