As a Senior Consultant in our Professional Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering regulatory reporting solutions to financial institutions across the APAC region. You will lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Regnology’s regulatory reporting software—particularly HKMA reporting—ensuring high-quality project delivery, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the implementation of Regnology’s regulatory reporting solutions for financial institutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on solution delivery, training, and business requirements.
• Support the Project Manager in project governance, including scope management, change control, and status reporting.
• Identify and document change requests (CRs) arising from regulatory changes or evolving client needs, including cost and impact assessments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
• Conduct client training sessions on Regnology’s software products and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Support, R&D) to address client requirements and resolve issues.
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities, deliverables, and timesheets to support billing and resource planning.
• Mentor junior consultants, share knowledge, and contribute to best practices across the Professional Services team.
