Initially focused on managing HR operations for our Tunisia-based employees, your role will expand to include responsibilities for global locations.

- Manage daily HR services operations in Tunisia and contribute to global HR process development
- Steer international payroll operations and ensure smooth and compliant payroll processing across regions
- Support international HR projects and change initiatives

- Maintain accurate employee data and digital personnel files in our HR system
- Handle HR‑related correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality is upheld in all HR practices
- Regularly review and update HR policies to maintain compliance and alignment with company standards
Process Improvement & Tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across global HR processes
- Assist in implementing HR tools and platforms for improved service delivery
