As an experienced Senior HR Services Manager in Regnology, you will be a key member of our dynamic and international HR team. You will contribute to the growth and evolution of our global HR Services function. 
 Initially focused on managing HR operations for our Tunisia-based employees, your role will expand to include responsibilities for global locations. 
 You’ll join a collaborative team environment and work across various HR areas, including payroll, benefits, employee data management, and compliance.
    
Management & Steering

• Manage daily HR services operations in Tunisia and contribute to global HR process development
• Steer international payroll operations and ensure smooth and compliant payroll processing across regions
• Support international HR projects and change initiatives

 
HR Operations

• Maintain accurate employee data and digital personnel files in our HR system
• Handle HR‑related correspondence in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality is upheld in all HR practices
• Regularly review and update HR policies to maintain compliance and alignment with company standards

 
Process Improvement & Tools

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across global HR processes
• Assist in implementing HR tools and platforms for improved service delivery
