As a Business Consultant in Regnology, you will work as part of delivery a team within Professional Services. 
The role will involve the analysis, definition, and documentation of business and functional requirements of our SupTech software together with overseeing the implementation of solutions.
 Your key responsibility will be to work to become an expert in the Regnology SupTech Product Suite and to map client requirement to the functionalities available. This position is mid-level.
Duties:

• Requirements; analysis and documentation.  
• Gap analysis, process modelling and user story documentation. 
• Work with internal and external clients to define and refine business requirements. 
• Fully understand & query the business process in use by the client. 
• Use of visual software tools to model business requirements.  
• Researching solutions and making evidence-based recommendations.  
• Recommend configuration solutions based on knowledge of the product. 
• Configure Products to meet client requirements. 
• Deliver product and solution demos to senior stakeholders. 
• Review test cases created by QA team to ensure complete coverage. 
• Liaise with developers to ensure technical issues are resolved. 
• Participate in sprint reviews/retrospectives to improve processes. 
• Assist in building a knowledge base to share across internal and external forums. 
• Participate in regular BA meeting to present/share knowledge on topics. 
• Identify ways to continually improve & streamline processes
