What you'll do
The Regnology Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team drives strategic growth by identifying, analyzing, and executing key opportunities that align with our long-term objectives.
As a Mid-Level Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering key projects within the M&A team. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and senior leadership to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope and to a high standard.
Your ability to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively, and solve problems will be key to success in this role.
M&A
• Assist during the due diligence phase of an M&A project including coordinating across all internal departments/work-streams, tracking status, and providing updates on a regular basis to senior management.
• Provide support for negotiations of any transaction related documents with target companies, scheduling of stakeholder meetings and documenting the outcome of sessions.
• Regnology M&A pipeline – perform industry research to identify trends, assess market dynamics and uncover potential acquisition targets.
• Monitor and report on key metrics of M&A projects to senior management.
• Support the M&A team with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and greater automation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for post integration effort
Partnership
• Assist with the preparation of Partnership specific documentation. For example, NDA negotiation, Partnership Agreements.
• Prepare Partnership communication (internal & external).
• Co-ordinate Partnership specific workflows into relevant departments - Salesforce, test licenses, partnership pipeline visibility.
• Monitor KPI tracking & integrate results into dashboard.
• Track project performance and prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
• Maintain and develop partnership pipeline by product globally.
