What you'll do
We are seeking an exceptional Head of APAC (Professional Services) to oversee and lead the strategic direction of our professional services operations across the APAC region. This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and customer success within the APAC market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional services, a proven track record of managing large teams, and deep understanding of the APAC business landscape.
You'll provide strategic direction for all types of projects and project management activities with a focus on the most complex aspects. Tasks primarily include but are not limited to structuring projects according to the customer’s situation, driving resource scheduling and capacity planning, allocating work across the team, providing status reports, escalating issues as required, and ensure a successful delivery. During a project, continuously engages with all project stakeholders, focuses on senior leadership.

- Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage the APAC professional services team, ensuring alignment with global and regional business goals. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and market expansion.
- Business Development: Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and expanding the professional services portfolio.
- Client Success: Oversee the delivery of exceptional services to clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Ensure strong customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to drive integrated solutions and ensure consistent messaging and execution.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the APAC region.
- Financial Management: Ensure profitable growth and cost management, overseeing budgets, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities for the APAC region.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of regional industry trends and competitive developments to proactively adjust strategies and ensure market leadership.
