Your key accountabilities are:
- Team Coordination:
- Lead a team of Ops and Data Specialist, distribute tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Motivate a team of Professional Services professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Facilitate daily team stand-ups, manage resource allocation to ensure support and coverage on the upcoming tasks
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and results-driven team environment.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency of processes and support our data-driven organization.
- Identify and address operational issues and challenges proactively.
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Professional Services Support:
- Provide support for more complex issues, ensuring high levels of service for Professional Services organization
- Ensure the division members are informed about all processes, updates, change sin procedures etc.
- Support the development of the data driven organization – creating relevant measures and dashboards
- Project Management:
- Oversee internal, cross-divisional projects, ensuring that goals are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Work closely with other departments, including Finance, Sales, Legal to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure that all internal processes and projects are well-documented
- Serve as the point of escalation for issues, troubleshooting problems, and guiding the team in implementing solutions.
