What you'll do
As a Senior System Administrator for Zendesk / Atlassian tools you will be part of our international and agile IT Team. Together with your colleagues you will be able to perform various day-to-day technology operation and integration activities to ensure constant availability, integrity, security, and end-user satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for standard configuration, user administration, security, workflow, data management, automations and integrations for applications such as Okta, Slack, Zendesk, Jira and Confluence.
- You will be involved in technical implementation of various release-upgrades, patches, hotfixes for Atlassian Tools, interfacing Jira and Zendesk.
- You will configure JIRA reporting, dashboards, workflows, fields, apps, and other JIRA administration.
- You will be supporting day-to-day Zendesk operations and Zendesk integrations.
- You will monitor performance of automation, triggers, and workflows within the Zendesk instance.
